Returns & Refund & Exchanges Policy

(a) Return

We have a 7 business days return policy, which means you have 7 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectations due to defects, damage, or being not as described, you can return them for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact our service team via email and include photos of the received item. This will help us assess the issue, improve our service quality, and process your return request promptly.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The items to be returned are unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging with the original label.
You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a quality-related issue, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you.
Please note that items that do not meet the above criteria will be deemed ineligible for a return.

The return shipping costs paid by the customer are as follows:
The customer did not see the size chart clearly, resulting in a mismatch in the size of the clothes.

Returns due to personal preferences (unless there is a defect or misrepresentation in the product).

(b) Damaged Products

Any items damaged on arrival can be returned to boozelele.com for a full refund. Please note that if damage is only limited to the packing outside and the contents remain intact, products will not be considered damaged.For further information on return authorization, please contact us at service@boozelele.com.

(d) Refund

We will do refund once we've received the item you've returned.
The refund will be approved in 3 business days after receiving your returns and after verification, please check your account.
There might be a little bit delay for your fund return request due to that we usually handle it in twice a week. Any question please contact us at service@boozelele.com, we will reply you as soon as possible.

(e) Cancellation

You can cancel your order before your item is shipped:


(1) Your order could be fully refunded within 24 hours after purchase if it is has not been shipped.


(2) Your order could only be partially refunded more than 24 hours after purchasing.
